Please, note the following operating rules and features concerned to electronic mail conferences:

• conferences are closed (private); a membership in groups is approved or rejected based upon the application;
• a conference's member can unsubscribe at any time;
• dispatched e-mails are distributed to all conference members;
• electronic messages that passed through the conference are stored in the archive accessible only to conference members;
• data on conference operation is stored in operation audit logs.
